This recipe requires a mixture of rye flour and bread or all-purpose flour. I’m applying Zingerman’s freshly milled rye flour. make sure you note that grams and cups aren't interchangeable models. you have to know what you're converting in order to get the exact cups value for 384 grams. See this c
